Dilip Kumar's Sister Farida Gets Hospitalised At Kokilaben Ambani Hospital, Saira Banu Is Taking Care Of Her-Report
As per the latest report, late legend Dilip Kumar's younger sister Farida has been hospitalized. She has been admitted to Kokilaben Ambani Hospital for the past 7 days and reportedly, Saira Banu and her nephews are taking care of Farida. As reported by Etimes TV, Farida was quite unwell for the past few days, and thus when her condition deteriorated she was rushed to the hospital.  

A source close to the family revealed that Saira and Farida's nephews- Saqib who is Mehboob Khan's grandson (Saeeda's son) and Imran (Fauzia's son)- have been taking care of Farida. In April this year, it was reported that Saira Banu is extremely distressed after Dilip Kumar’s death. Earlier, speaking with the Times Of India, she revealed that she could not get out of the loss. Saira was quoted saying, “I cannot get out of the loss. How do I get out of it? I just can't. And, I was doing everything very happily too. Everything was so fine, just the two of us together. Today, I don't want to step out. I don't know, maybe until I don't feel distressed.”

Dilip Kumar died after a prolonged illness at the age of 98 on July 7, 2021. He was laid to rest at the Juhu Kabrastan with State honours. Bollywood actors including, Shah Rukh Khan, Dharmendra,  Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Chief Minister of Maharashtra-Uddhav Thackeray, and several other noted personalities paid their last respects to the actor at his funeral.
